Return & Refund Policy for Ribcap Head Protection
   
At Ribcap, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent service. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it easily. Please read the policy below for a simple guide to returns, refunds, and warranty.
   
1. Overall Return Policy
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
  • Product must be in the same condition as when you receive it.
  • Exclusive deals cannot be returned.
  • Exchanges are not available. Other size or color? Please return and place a new order.
2. Flat Rate Return Shipping
  • We offer flat-rate return shipping fees to make the process convenient for you. Return shipping is $10 / €10 and will be deducted from your refund.

4. Return - Next Steps
Our dedicated customer support team is here to assist you throughout the return process. We aim to provide timely responses to your inquiries and keep you informed every step of the way. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  1. 1. Complete the return form, indicating the item and reason, and place it inside your package.
  2. 2. Submit your return request.
  3. 3. Ribcap will review and approve the request.
  4. 4. Once approved, you will receive a return label by email within 48 hours.
  5. 5. Print and attach the return label to your package.
  6. 6. Drop off the package at the designated courier.
  7. 7. Upon receipt and inspection, we will refund the purchase price. We will not refund the shipping and return cost.

5. Refund - Next Steps
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return, informing you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Shipping and return label cost will be deducted from the original refund amount.
  • Depending on the condition of the returned helmet, the refund may be reduced.
  • Note: Bank or credit card processing times may affect refund posting.
6. Exchanges

Exchanges are not available within the same order. We understand this may be inconvenient. Due to processing times and shipping costs, we are unable to offer direct exchanges.

To get a different size or color, please place a new order for the item you want and return your original item for a refund. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund according to our return policy.

      
7. Warranty
Our products come with a two-year warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. During the warranty period, you can submit complaints about a defective RIBCAP® to your dealer or the specified service address. In this period, we will repair all defects due to faulty materials or operations free of charge. Improper handling, falls, impacts and the like are excluded from the warranty. A new warranty period does not start if the RIBCAP® is repaired or exchanged; the 2-year warranty period as of the purchase date continues unchanged.
   
8. Damages and Issues
